Palm Pals is an American brand of collectible plushies first released in 1981 and owned by Aurora World, Inc. described as “the leading supplier of affordable, high-quality plush toys and gifts” on the Palm Pal website. They are small plush toys made of fiber fill, cloth labels, and plastic pellets, that can fit in the palm of your hand. Their appearances range from forest animals to space aliens to a football with a face. 

Each Palm Pal has a name and personality, such as Sly Fox. She is sneaky and wishes to steal your heart with her cuteness. Or Twilight Black Cat, who has a kooky personality and is described as being able to appear from anywhere. These descriptions can be found in the “About Me” section of each Palm Pal in the online Palm Pals store. Along with these individual descriptions and personalities, each Palm Pal is part of a group or “collection.” These include simple ones such as “Barn” which contains Palm Pals of animals you would find in a barn and stranger groups, like “Galactic,” which contains Palm Pals of aliens, a rocket ship, and planets.
